What You Should Eat

To begin your culinary journey for healing anxiety, try including as many of these foods or ingredients into your daily diet as possible. These foods will help keep you calm, properly energized, and healthy! All of the delicious recipes on Foods for Thoughts will include any combination of these ingredients to help keep your anxiety at bay.

*Tip: I highly recommend buying organic and non-GMO products as much as you can. If you can go 100% organic/non-GMO that is always best. This way you can avoid unnecessary chemicals, dyes, pesticides, etc. that could really be exacerbating your stress and anxiety levels.
